May 28, 2010	Application cut-off dates Applications are reviewed and spaces awarded on a rolling basis during this period until capacity is reached
June 28, 2010 and July 2, 2010 for Four and Two-Year meetings, respectively	Cut-off date for Launch Meeting* room rate at Renaissance Hotel, Asheville, NC
July 29 - 30, 2010	Foundations of Excellence Launch Meeting* for FOUR-year campuses
August 2 - 3, 2010	Foundations of Excellence Launch Meeting* for TWO-year campuses
August 10, 2010 - July 2011	Period of task force study and creation of strategic action plan
September/October 2010	Administration of web-based FoE Faculty/Staff Survey**
November 2010	Administration of FoE New Student Survey**
Tentative Date February 4, 2011	Optional Foundations of Excellence Winter Meeting in Atlanta, GA
July 31, 2011	Period of year-long advisory support ends * * Advisory support can be extended upon execution of a new agreement and payment of an additional fee.
July 31, 2012	Access to FoEtec^® ends (FoEtec access can be extended with payment of an additional fee)
Launch Meeting is optional for former participants in FoE first-year self-study process. *Administration of Faculty/Staff and New Student Surveys is optional for former FoE first-year self-study participants.
